Salary: $130,000 - $175,000

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including financial reporting and variance analysis
• Oversee wholesale accounts receivable, retailer deductions, remittance reconciliations, and cash application processes
• Manage accounts payable operations, vendor relationships, and payment processes across domestic and international suppliers
• Lead inventory accounting, COGS reporting, inventory reconciliations, and gross margin analysis
• Serve as the accounting lead for ERP systems, reporting enhancements, and process improvements
• Manage accounting staff and support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional financial initiatives

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior Controller or senior accounting leadership experience with ownership of the full month-end close process
• Strong experience with inventory accounting, ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and advanced Excel
