What will your day look like?

• Accounting Leadership: Own the month-end close, general ledger, financial reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations.
• ERP Implementation: Serve as a key finance leader throughout ERP selection, implementation, testing, data migration, and go-live.
• Process Design: Evaluate existing accounting workflows and redesign processes to maximize the capabilities of the new ERP.
• Data & Controls: Ensure accurate migration of financial data while establishing strong controls, reporting standards, and system governance.
• Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely financial statements, management reporting, and analysis in accordance with GAAP.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and external implementation partners to ensure successful system adoption.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, improved reporting, and greater efficiency across the accounting function.

Who are you?

• Experienced Accounting Leader: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager-level responsibility.
• ERP Implementation Experience Required: Must have played a significant role in a full-cycle ERP implementation, conversion, or major system transformation.
• Strong Technical Accounting: Solid knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls.
• Systems-Oriented: Able to translate accounting requirements into system processes, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Hands-On Leader: Comfortable getting into the details while also managing projects and driving organizational change.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred. xhqgsiq
