Controller

Due to company growth, our client is adding an Assistant Controller / Controller to work directly alongside the CFO. This newly created position will support accounting, finance, payroll, HR, banking, financial reporting, and month-end close activities while helping build processes and scale the organization. Key Responsibilities • Partner with the CFO to support the Accounting and Finance department. • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. • Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting. • Support payroll, HR administration, and banking functions. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. • Support audits, compliance efforts, and process improvements. • Collaborate with project and operational teams. • Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives.
