A growing transportation company is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and operational finance. Reporting directly to ownership, this role will partner closely with leadership to drive profitability, improve processes, and support continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Lead cost accounting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
- Drive process improvements and ERP optimization initiatives.
- Partner with operations leaders to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of accounting and finance experience.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, construction, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
- Strong background in financial reporting, cost accounting, and team leadership.
- CPA preferred.
