Target Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
• Manage general accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis efforts
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Supervise, develop, and mentor accounting staff while partnering with operational leaders

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibility
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
• CPA preferred and experience overseeing an accounting team strongly desired
