Are you a hands-on Controller who enjoys improving processes, leading teams, and partnering with leadership? Our client is seeking a Controller to oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and close activities while serving as a key business partner to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements and management reporting
• Maintain internal controls, support audits, and ensure regulatory and tax compliance
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and strategic planning
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP system enhancements
• Develop and mentor the accounting team while fostering a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience managing the month-end close process
• ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills
• CPA preferred
• Public accounting experience is a plus
