Job Description
- Support growth initiatives through high-level strategic accounting activities including budgeting, forecasting and M&A,
- Will oversee month-end and quarter-end close, and preparing the company to grow
- Will lead 2 direct reports: a Plant Controller with a team of 2 and an AP/AR Manager with 2 reports
Key Requirements
- BS Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 7+ years of people management experience in a senior-level capacity
- Background in manufacturing
