We’re seeking a Controller to support a diverse healthcare environment, working across multiple entities and partnering with finance and operational leaders to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and develop accounting teams responsible for month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Review monthly financial results, analyze revenue and accounts receivable, and identify trends or areas requiring further investigation.
- Oversee multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, allocations, and financial reporting processes.
- Drive process improvements, accounting standardization, and system implementations.
- Collaborate across departments to strengthen financial accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA certification required.
- At least four years of relevant accounting experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities. xhqgsiq
- Healthcare accounting experience strongly preferred, particularly in a complex, multi-entity environment.
