We’re looking for a Controller who will own the monthly close, drive financial accuracy, and strengthen internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead month‑end close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Manage internal controls, technical accounting, and policy compliance
• Help guide FP&A activities and support budgeting/forecasting as needed
• Identify and implement automation and process‑improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• CPA credential
• Proven experience in month‑end close and financial reporting
• Healthcare industry preferred
• Private equity (PE) experience a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive
