The ideal candidate brings strong financial leadership, a solid understanding of inventory and production costing, and the ability to strengthen controls and reporting accuracy.Responsibilities:• Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including key statements that reflect the organization’s financial position and performance.• Oversee inventory accounting and product costing across raw materials, in-process production, and completed goods to support accurate valuation and margin visibility.• Analyze differences between actual financial results and plans or forecasts, then present findings and practical recommendations to leadership.• Establish and track performance measures that help evaluate manufacturing efficiency, spending trends, and cost management efforts.• Interpret financial data, identify meaningful patterns or risks, and communicate opportunities to improve profitability and operational performance.• Direct day-to-day accounting activities, including receivables, payables, budgeting, forecasting, and related financial administration.• Manage banking activity and purchasing-related financial transactions to help maintain effective cash flow and accurate records.• Partner with external auditors and support compliance with company policies, reporting standards, and financial governance expectations.• Design, maintain, and improve internal controls that protect assets and promote reliable financial reporting.Interested candidates can contact Bridget Killen at Robert Half for more information.
