Dinan & Company is seeking a Controller/Accounting Manager to join our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. We will consider full-time or part-time applicants for this in-office position. Process bi-monthly payroll for 75-100 employees through Paychex, audit timesheets, including expense reimbursements
Accounts Payable—process invoices, cut checks
Accounts Receivable—invoice clients--50-100 invoices per month
Generate monthly financial statements
Reconcile bank accounts, post journal entries
Taxes—work with CPA on quarterly and annual tax returns
5+ years Controller/Accounting Manager experience in a similar environment
~ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
