You'll work on both the software and hardware side of controls, ensuring optimal system uptime and performance.What You'll Do:Provide technical support for material handling automation software and PLC-based systemsTroubleshoot controls issues, system communication failures, and PLC host integrationDevelop and execute test plans for new or modified automation softwareMonitor and optimize system performance during critical business operationsPartner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues quicklyManage vendors on project scope, timelines, and deliverablesSupport upgrades and modifications to automation, controls, and SCADA systemsQualifications:3+ years' experience with real-time automation control systemsStrong skills in electrical/controls troubleshooting and diagnostic problem-solvingExperience with advanced material handling (high-speed sortation, AS/RS, conveyors)Knowledge of PLC platforms (Allen Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, Step 7)Familiarity with SCADA/visualization tools (Ignition preferred)High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in industrial/systems engineering a plusValid driver's licenseWe provide:Competitive pay + company-provided uniforms, tools & boot allowanceHealth, dental, and vision benefits starting day oneCareer growth opportunities with a promote-from-within cultureWorking and Living in Columbus/Reynoldsburg, Ohio:Known as "The Discovery City," Columbus, Ohio, is a place where new ideas and creativity flourish.
