Control Room Operator II Anticipated Hiring Range: $49,836.80 - $65,416.00 (commensurate with skills and experience)Minimum Requirements:Over three years of experienceProficient in oral communicationSix-months/one year of advanced study or training past the high school equivalencyValid Driver's LicenseExperience with SCADA, Geographic Information Systems, Customer Information Systems, Outage Management Systems, and Work Management Systems is preferred.Job Responsibilities Include:Dispatching information to crews and departments on a daily basis over GUC's computer, telephone, and radio systems, along with operating computerized remote control system equipment is required.Communicating with internal and external customers.Reading and analyzing computerized data, gauges, meters, and charts.Generating service orders based on information received from various customers, GUC personnel, and departments.Notifying appropriate personnel regarding alarms on all associated systems.Monitoring and operating each department's Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems.Maintaining various communications and operational logs.Assisting with restoration of facilities during storm situations as stated in the GUC Emergency Plan.Your needs extend beyond a simple medical plan.
