This role requires regular area walkarounds, adherence to strict quality standards, and close coordination with team members to ensure safe, efficient production. The operator is expected to identify process deviations and assist in corrective actions while following all safety policies and procedures.What You Will Do:Operate and monitor process equipment safely and efficientlyOperate overhead cranes to move materials within process areasPerform quality checks, water testing, and material samplingConduct basic preventive maintenance on assigned equipmentMaintain mobile equipment such as loaders, forklifts, and manliftsCommunicate equipment or process issues promptly to supervisionMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all safety requirements and actively support safety improvement initiativesPerform additional duties as assignedWhat You Will Need:High school diploma or equivalentManufacturing or industrial experience preferredTechnical aptitude with willingness to learn new skillsStrong attention to detail and work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skillsAbility to read and complete required documentationForklift, manlift, or loader experience preferred but not requiredWorking Conditions and Physical Environment: This position involves work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, and noise. Duties require standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and frequent use of hands and arms.
