Control Panel Assembler - 1st Shift - Arden - $16
Hours: 7 AM- 3:30 PM
PrideStaff is hiring for an Assembler position performs a variety of tasks related to the manufacturing of custom control panels. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work includes basic wiring tasks, component assembly and setup as well as panel wiring. This job requires a good understanding or willingness to learn how to read drawings and use hand tools appropriately.
Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical panels according to drawings and wiring diagrams
• Terminate wire ends and add terminals as needed
• Mark and drill hole in control panels as required
• Diagnose and assist with correcting any faults in control wiring
• Assist engineering and quality with final QC checks
• Maintain a safe and efficient work area
• Perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, working on multiple
• panels and projects simultaneously
• Provide clear and concise feedback to engineering on issues that arise during the
• panel build process

Qualifications:

• Ability to use basic measurement tools
• Ability to perform basic math
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ability to work overtime on occasion, depending on business needs
• Ability or willingness to learn to read blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams
• Strong attention to detail
• Team oriented with strong communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to use hands to frequently cut, strip, crimp, bend and terminate wires
• Ability to use hand tools frequently
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $16.00
