This role will report to the Manager, Technical Support, Control Center Operations and is based in San Jose, CA.
This is a fully on-site, in office role and is a 2nd Shift role: 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.Role and ResponsibilitiesMonitor and troubleshoot system installations at our customer sitesRespond to system alarms and complete system actionsMaintaining detailed logs of events and troubleshootingAnalyze and identify cause of system issues, supporting our Field Service Technicians remotely with system troubleshooting effortsEscalating complex issues to supervisors and other groupsSkills and ExperiencePositive can do attitudeHighly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced work environmentGood verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter that shows the ability to work independently and under minimal supervisionAnalytical and proficient in MS Office24/7 operations in rotating shift scheduleWorking hours: 8-hour shifts to support 24-hour operationHigh School or Community college education2nd Shift: 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.Bloom Energy is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
