Working in Arlington, VA with a one-day onsite requirement, the full-time Contracts Specialist III will prepare and administer Department of Defense Research & Development contracts, assist in negotiations, and analyze procurement policies and costs. Key responsibilities: Prepare and administer terms and conditions of FAR Part 35 contracts Assist in the negotiation of contracts and prepare contract modifications Analyze procurement policies, proposed costs, and prepare required documentation per relevant regulations Required qualifications: Active DoD security clearance Bachelor's degree A minimum of 12+ years of experience in government procurement Experience in preparing cost proposals and negotiating contract terms Experience in administering contracts or subcontracts
