Drive a high-impact initiative that will transform how contracts are organized, accessed, and managed. My client needs a hands-on project leader to build a clean, reliable contract repository and help prepare its portfolio for AI-enabled contract management.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive contract repository cleanup and migration through completion
• Organize, inventory, categorize, and upload agreements into Premata
• Capture and validate dates, renewals, termination terms, parties, and other metadata
• Connect amendments, SOWs, exhibits, and related documents
• Perform quality control, track progress, and resolve project roadblocks
• Support AI-enabled contract tools and sustainable repository processes
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu
• Commercial contracts, legal operations, contract administration, or CLM expertise
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Contract migration, abstraction, or repository experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing large document volumes and new technology
