Manage liability, warranty, and workers’ compensation claims; act as liaison with insurance carriers and external counsel as needed. Develop, implement,
and update company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance procedures. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the construction and home-improvement industry; communicate changes to company leadership. Ensure that all offices maintain valid licenses, insurance coverage, and permits required for gutter installation operations across Florida.
