Working with a small, multi-dimensional group, you will lead the contractual processes with all partners. You will report to the VP, Chief Operations and Admin Officer, Westinghouse Government Services and work 100% REMOTE.Key Responsibilities:Review and coordination of Request for ProposalsPreparation and review of Proposals – including pricing, change orders and modificationsSolicitation, award and management of Purchase Orders and SubcontractsCreation and management of Non-Disclosure and Teaming AgreementsApply knowledge of Other Transaction Authority (OTA) and IDIQ contractsSupport to Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) reviews and auditsWork with complex and geographically dispersed teamsExperience negotiating successful outcomesManage contract/subcontract reporting systemsConduct FAR research and recommending compliant approachesQualifications:Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.10+ years as a contracting professional, preferably working with federal contracts specifically the Department of Energy or the Department of Defense.Certified Professional Contracts Manager, additional training in contract law or similar preferred.Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplementsIn-depth understanding of government systems, programs and contractual obligations between a government body, a privately-run company and multiple sub-contractorsUS citizenship requiredAbility to travelWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400 to $163,000 per year.Why Westinghouse?
