Contracts ManagerChoice Property Resources is a well-established, business-to-business professional services firm in growth mode. The Contracts Manager position is responsible for negotiating and managing business class / enterprise telecommunications services, and other service agreements on behalf of our multi-family property clients. This position works directly with service providers and is a great fit for those with analytical skills, business acumen and a strong "figure it out" factor.This person will work from a home office in the Columbus, Ohio metro area and have the willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for staff and vendor meetings.Note: This is a fully remote role and is open to individuals who reside in the Central Ohio area only.
