Contracts Management Analyst (Level II)Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) is seeking a Contracts Management Analyst (Level II) to support PEO IEW&S programs at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. The selected candidate will provide contracting and acquisition support to Program Managers (PMs) and Product Managers (PdMs), ensuring effective coordination with the Army Contracting Command (ACC) and adherence to DoD acquisition policies and processes.This role is critical in supporting contract lifecycle activities, managing procurement data, and facilitating communication across government stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant execution of acquisition efforts.Key Responsibilities:Provide contracting expertise to PEO IEW&S PMs and PdMs across acquisition activitiesSupport Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) tracking and reportingMaintain and manage data within the Procurement Portfolio Management Tool (PPMT)Assist in establishing and tracking contract milestones in coordination with requiring activities and ACCManage and track taskers within the ETMS2 database, ensuring timely completionCoordinate and support contracting-related training and community of practice initiativesAssist in drafting and reviewing acquisition documentation and policy materials during Integrated Product Team (IPT) processesSupport Program Status Reviews (PSRs) and provide updates to PEO leadership and staffAttend and contribute to milestone reviews and programmatic meetingsServe as a liaison between PMs/PdMs and ACC to facilitate contract execution and issue resolutionMaintain tracking of prime and subcontractors for congressional inquiries and industry engagementsCoordinate with PMs to develop and finalize Industry Day materials and slide decksLead and facilitate end-to-end contract deep dives and analysis effortsRoute and process Request for Service Contract Approval (RSCA) packages through appropriate channels for approvalRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in contracting, acquisition, or database managementDAU Contracting Level II Certification (or industry equivalent)Experience supporting DoD or Army acquisition programsFamiliarity with contracting systems and tools (e.g., ETMS2, PPMT, or similar)Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and lifecycleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting PEO IEW&S or similar Army organizationsKnowledge of DoD acquisition regulations and policies (e.g., FAR, DFARS)Experience with milestone reviews, IPTs, and programmatic reportingPrior experience supporting congressional or high-visibility reporting requirementsSalary is commensurate with experience. An approximate salary range for this requisition is: $120-170k.
