We work to make the region a great place to live, work, and thrive.What will I be doing?Oversee, at high level, the compliance and monitoring of agency contracts and performance metrics related to department contracts.Interpret and ensure contract policies and procedures are followed by departments.Assist with contract administration.May also perform contract data entry activities as needed to expedite contracts.Perform procurement-related activities as it pertains to contracts.May also be required to train agency personnel in contracting procedures.
Provide guidance and assistance to other employees as required.Perform other related duties as required/assigned.Key QualificationsExperience in complex service contracts and reporting on contractor performanceExperience in risk assessment/expenditure trackingExperience with Federal contracting regulations and flow down requirements (2 CFR 200)Experience in organizational monitoring and management/project managementKnowledge of Microsoft suite products or other project management toolsAbility to work under pressure, under tight deadlines, and manage conflicting prioritiesDo you have…Bachelor's degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study3 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school, or in job-related dutiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in government or nonprofitFamiliarity with grants and federal funding
