Contracts Billing SpecialistThe Contracts Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing contract billing and invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing and invoicing for contracts related to copier and printer services. This role is an essential resource for customers regarding contract creation and managing the contract life cycle.ResponsibilitiesManage billing and invoicing for copier and printer service contractsProcess invoices with accuracyResolve billing discrepanciesMaintain lease and maintenance contractsRespond to customer billing inquiriesWork with sales and service teams to support contract accuracyPrepare and review billing reportsCreate lease, audit, and maintenance contracts in the ERP systemQualifications2+ years of billing or invoicing experience (copier/print industry preferred)Strong attention to detailUnderstanding of billing processesClear communication and customer service skillsExperience with ERP systems (EAutomate preferred)Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookAdditional InformationCandidates within a reasonable commute to an office location are preferred and eligible for a hybrid schedule after 90 daysCandidates outside of a reasonable commute may be considered for a fully remote schedule with prior copier/printer billing experienceRequirementsMust be authorized to work in the U.S.
