JURISolutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney for a part-time, remote opportunity with our law firm client.
The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating and advising business owners on general corporate transactions and documentation including operating agreements, purchase agreements, and employment contracts.
This role is remote, part-time (20-30 hrs/week). The candidate must be admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
