Supporting the study startup team, the full-time Analyst, Contracts and Budgets will manage US clinical site contracting and budgeting activities, including negotiation of agreements and financial analysis. Key responsibilities Draft and negotiate site-specific CTAs, CDAs, and investigator budgets using master templates Analyze protocols and amendments to build detailed budgets and assess financial impacts Act as the primary contact for clinical sites to resolve contract and budget issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical research focused on site contracts and budget negotiation Working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and clinical research processes
