We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Contracts and Bid Coordinator to provide direct support to Contracts and Bid Specialists. This role is responsible for assisting with contract administration, bid management, customer support, account setup, pricing implementation, and business development activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting sales operations in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work 100% Onsite. Qualifications:
- MUST have 1 year of Contracts and Bids experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of foodservice sales experience.
- Restaurant management, culinary, or chef-related experience.
- Exposure to pricing, customer onboarding, or account management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid data entry and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:

Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to assigned Contracts and Bid Specialists.
- Assist with customer inquiries related to:
- Special orders
- Credits and returns
- Transportation and delivery issues
- Product concerns
- Pickup requests
- Monitor customer orders prior to cutoff times to ensure accuracy and fulfillment.
- Track orders and provide status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage proprietary item requests (MUPA).
- Provide company support and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain customer Order Guides.
- Perform chart maintenance and pricing updates.
- Process new item requests and Limited Time Offer (LTO) submissions to merchandising teams.
- Support new customer account setup and onboarding activities.
- Manage inventory reporting and related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and schedule customer visits and meetings.
- Support menu reviews and product evaluations.
- Arrange new product sampling, broker visits, and customer demonstrations.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Assist with business development initiatives and customer retention efforts.
