This role will be responsible for the administration and oversight of contractual obligations and compliance.

They administer, extend, negotiate and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts. Explore your future and launch your career today.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Represent the program office to the customer in matters of a contractual natureMonitor baseline contract activities and administer anticipated future Task OrdersProvide general program contractual guidance regarding FAR and DFAR requirements and complianceAdminister on-time and compliant delivery of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Data Accession List (DAL) itemsAssist Program Supply Chain Manager in subcontract execution that complies with parent contract requirementsAssist with program market research and proposal effortsInterpret and execute contracts while coordinating with proposal cost volume and contractual adherenceProcess CDRL and DAL submittals and CDRL generationBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of contract management experience - OR - Master's Degree and 8+ years of contract management experienceAn additional 4 years of experience accepted in lieu of degreeKnowledge of FAR or DFAR requirementsExperience with multiple contract types (e.g.

FFP, T&M, CPFF)U.S. CitizenAbility to obtain a DoD Secret ClearancePreferred Additional Qualifications:Prior experience in Space or Aeronautical industryPrior experience with Navy Prime ContractsExperience with incentive fee and award fee contract types (FPIF, CPAF and CPIF)Existing DoD Secret ClearanceContract Management Certification(s)Salary Range: $89,500.00 - $134,300.00Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
