Ready to join forces with our visionary team? #definingpossibleOur Contracts Administrator is responsible for supporting proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contact activities to provide and ensure proper contract execution and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements and customer requirements. This position requires the incumbent to work full-time on-site at the Redondo Beach, CA location. NO TELEWORK will be considered. Candidates with Aerospace, Space Defense Contract experience is preferred.Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:Monitor contracts and associated program(s) to ensure contractual obligations are communicated and understood, providing general contract adherence oversightParticipate in contract proposal coordination and preparation to ensure timely submission to customersParticipate in contract negotiations, contract administration, and customer contract activities to manage assigned contracts in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specificationsOffer guidance and work collaboratively with a multitude of organizational functions ranging from technical, program, finance, global supply chain and security for seamless contract administrationEnsure fulfillment of contract requirements, prepare and manage contract change requests for review and approval; maintain historical informationReview terms and conditions to address provisions and risks of financial terms, acceptance criteria, delivery requirements, warranty, intellectual property, termination provisions, indemnification and all other potential risk areas and recommend risk mitigation strategiesBuild customer confidence despite geographical separation as well as be able to effectively cultivate those relationshipsEnter and maintain contract data into Contract Management System or Enterprise Accounting SystemOther duties as assignedWhy You?
