This includes analysis of procurement data such as internal budgets, supplier budgets, market and spend data. This role works closely with internal stakeholders in MRL, Procurement, and Finance organizations to achieve cross-functional business objectives. The Sourcing Analyst is also responsible for certain aspects of contract execution and ongoing contract management. This role will report to (manager) to support sourcing initiatives and procurement category management.Primary Activities: Sourcing Management Assist in creating and executing RFIs (Request for information), RFPs (Request for Proposals), etc. Support negotiations with suppliers to achieve desired business outcomes.Contract Negotiation, Execution and Management - Learn to negotiate contract terms and conditions. Prepare various contract documents for internal review, approval, signature, and filing.Stakeholder and Category Support Appropriately escalate issues and concerns to procurement management and other functional areas such as Legal, Privacy, Compliance, etc. Support the development and implementation of the category strategies.
