Assess operational risk of contract deviationsGains a good knowledge of standard processes and related transactionsMaintains good relationship with external and internal customersAnticipate problems and initiate actions to resolve using professional concepts, company policies and proceduresAnswering internal and external queries regarding Service Level AgreementsSupport on projects, reporting and monitoring activities.
