To provide leadership and operational oversight for the Provider Contracting Department, the full-time remote Contracting Specialist Manager will manage a small team, draft and review complex contracts, and serve as the primary resource for resolving non-standard contractual issues. Key responsibilities Evaluate non-standard terms and contractual risks to determine appropriate resolution paths Draft, review, and negotiate complex contract terms while ensuring adherence to policies and standards Supervise and coach Contracting Specialists, overseeing departmental contracting activities and performance metrics Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Paralegal Certification Significant relevant experience in contract administration or management Demonstrated experience independently drafting and revising contractual language Strong judgment and analytical ability in handling contractual issues
