We're Hiring: Technical Writer – Medical Device
Location: Lafayette, CO (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Nov 2026 – Apr 2027)
Type: W2 contract
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Instructions for Use (IFUs) and electronic IFUs (eIFUs).
Create and manage structured XML-based technical documentation.
Work with CMS platforms and publishing workflows.
Perform documentation change impact analysis and support translation/localization processes.
Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, and Quality teams.
Must-Have Skills:
Adobe FrameMaker / Structured FrameMaker
Structured Authoring (XML, HTML, DITA)
CMS-based Content Management
Medical Device IFU Documentation
Quality System Processes and Change Impact Analysis
Nice to Have:
Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Vasont CMS
Medical Device / Regulated Industry Experience.
