Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer, Sales (AMER) (Fully Remote)

• This is a contract role focused on sourcing sales talent across the AMER region.
• You will work in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Responsibilities:

• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn, online research, and other outbound channels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market dynamics.

Requirements:

• Experience sourcing for sales roles, ideally in software.
• Strong research and communication skills, with familiarity with Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter.
