Key responsibilities Supervise daily activities and processes of the Customer Contract department, including workload prioritization and timely deliverables Set performance expectations, coach team members, and support onboarding and cross-training initiatives Monitor operational metrics and implement corrective actions to enhance service commitments and efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required 3+ years of experience in contracting, compliance, or related fields with knowledge of legal terms and conditions 1+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing projects or workflows Familiarity with contract processes and standard operating procedures Experience with SAP and Icertis to support contract-related processes
