Typical Background & Qualifications
The Contract Specialists and Contracts Administrators we place typically bring:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant government contracting experience, or advanced degree with equivalent experience
  • Professional experience supporting government customers as a prime contractor or subcontractor
  • Experience administering contracts of varying size, scope, complexity, and contract type
  • Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations, including:
    • Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
    • Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
