You will conduct negotiations with contractors for prices, terms, condition, and schedules.
You will review and evaluate contractor prices.
You will develop documentation and criteria to substantiate Government cost or negotiation positions.
You will monitor contractor performance and cost control.
You will advise and guide technical representatives on anticipated procurement requirements and provide technical input into the development of statements of work and specifications.
You will conduct conferences, solicit, receive, and analyze proposals for responsiveness and acceptability.
