- This role involves reviewing paper contracts for contract type, category, start and end dates, and other metadata.
- Contracts will need to be digitized and uploaded to our contract management tool.
- Training will be provided on the process and whether the contract is digitized or purged.
- SOPs are available to follow, and training on the end-to-end process will be provided.
- High School diploma or GED
- Data entry experience
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of contract types and processes is a must
- High level of professionalism
- Strong people skills
- Experience in multi-tasking
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
