Contract Specialist III

Supporting IT-related contracts, the full-time Contract Specialist III will negotiate and manage agreements for services, software, and hardware while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Key responsibilities Negotiate and manage contracts related to IT services, software licenses, and hardware Redline and review contractual terms to ensure clarity and protection of company interests Collaborate with internal teams to align contract terms with organizational policies and project needs Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract negotiation, particularly with IT-related agreements Proven experience in redlining and negotiating terms for professional services and software licenses Strong understanding of contractual limitations of liability and scope of work Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and organizational requirements
