To support a growing recruiting team, the full-time Contract Sourcer will identify and engage potential candidates for Business and GTM roles while working remotely. Key responsibilities Identify and research potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools Write personalized outreach messages and follow up with candidates via email and InMail Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications and align candidates with role requirements Required qualifications 2+ years of experience sourcing for business or GTM roles, recruiting coordination, or related experience Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and an applicant tracking system Strong written communication skills with a focus on personalized outreach Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously with strong organizational skills Curiosity about fintech products and the industry
