Contract Sourcer — AI-Driven Talent Partner

Rox in San Francisco is hiring a full-time contract sourcer to accelerate our Talent team build. You will sit with us in SF and help create velocity as we hire the rest of the team.

You will source and pipeline candidates end to end using AI-native tooling, LinkedIn, and creative channels, owning outreach and keeping the pipeline visible and on-brand.

This role requires proven sourcing experience, contractor mindset, and a bias for action; office presence three days a week.
