Job Description

Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking Rehab OT for a 13-week travel/contract position in Renton, WA. We are accepting both local and travelerscandidates.

Position Name: Occupational Therapist (OT) Rehab

Location: Renton, Washington

ContractLength: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: $2400 to $2480 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hr work week ( Includes Non-taxabletravel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: LTC, Rehab

Shift timings: 8 Hours; Days, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri

Position Requirements:

  • Occupational Therapist: 1-2 years - Required
  • Recent/Current LTC or Rehab OT experience: Preferred

Education, Licenseand Certification Requirements:

  • OT License for State applying or Compact if applicable - Required
  • BLS Certification from AHA - Required

Job Description:

  • Provides all aspects of Occupational Therapy services to the assignedcase load
  • Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports.
  • Supervise Assistant / Aide staff as guided by governing board.
  • Designs and fabricates splints as specified by doctors' prescriptions.
  • Designs and administers treatment programs to increase patients'(residents) levels of functioning.
  • Uses therapeutic exercises and activities to improve or maintainstrength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination.
