- Quicklydiscern accurate patient status, conditions, and medications
- Carecoordination assessments.
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey Practitioner (NP) license with norestrictions
- BLS Certification
- Board Certified
- DEA Certification
- Minimum2 years of NP experience
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Must be able to work the required schedule of Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM for the duration of the contract
- Fluent in Spanish
- Already credentialed with health plansa PLUS
