Contract Recruitment Leader, Data & AI – New York

Harnham, a specialist Data & AI recruitment firm, is seeking an experienced recruitment leader in New York to own and grow a 10-person Contract Recruitment team. You will lead from the front, stay commercially active, and develop senior client relationships while driving revenue.

You’ll work closely with Kirsty, the New York Director, focusing on growth across the U.S. Data & AI markets, and own performance-driven leadership in a fast-paced environment.
