Contract Recruiter | Remote

We are seeking a high-volume Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for an initial three-month engagement, with the potential to extend. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting hiring across multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume recruiting setting, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of open positions across various business units.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates throughout the recruiting process.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
• Meet hiring goals while maintaining quality and speed throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of corporate, customer service, operations, or professional roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system (Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting remote hiring across multiple U.S. locations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
• Agency recruiting experience or experience managing high-volume hiring initiatives is a plus
