Contract Recruiter

The Keller Group is partnering with a growing national organization to add a Field Recruiter to its Talent Acquisition team. This is an opportunity to jump into an established recruiting operation, support multiple markets across the U.S., and make an immediate impact on a busy hiring team.

A little about the role:

• Support recruiting across multiple locations and markets.
• Manage 15+ open requisitions, primarily supporting Sales and Service Technician hiring.
• Conduct approximately 30–40 candidate screens per week.
• Partner with field leadership and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving.
• Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, and offers.
• Work within an established recruiting process that leverages automation and AI.

What they're looking for:

• 1-3 years of high-volume, multi-location recruiting experience.
• Someone comfortable managing a busy desk
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of candidates.
• Highly organized, responsive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable embracing new technology and finding ways to work smarter.
