We are seeking a skilled and motivated Contract Recruiter to support our growing talent acquisition needs across nursing, allied health, and corporate health roles.
Candidates must reside in the greater Cincinnati area.
This is a hybrid role with required in-office days on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Position Summary
As a Contract Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier healthcare professionals. .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (Oracle)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting in the healthcare industry (nursing, allied health, or corporate health)
- High level of proficiency with sourcing strategies and sourcing platforms
- Experience with Oracle or similar ATS preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a full-time workload remotely
- Must reside in or near the Greater Cincinnati area
