Owning full-cycle recruitment for art, animation, and game production roles, the full-time Contract Recruiter will manage a high volume of global hiring, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while adapting strategies for freelance and full-time talent in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for various roles Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring specialist positions and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies Collaborate with the People team to define and enhance the Employer Value Proposition and ensure consistent candidate messaging Required qualifications Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter in animation, VFX, gaming, or a related creative industry Familiarity with ATS platforms and experience using AI/automation tools in recruitment workflows Hands-on experience in benchmarking salaries to inform competitive offers Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent roles effectively Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with creative leads and department heads
