Our clients deserve a partner who co-creates with them to deliver great work that achieves "shockingly different" results!SDL has a client who has been going through a global finance transformation related to their travel and expense policies. They are currently looking for a consultant who can help develop/implement the communication strategy across the firm, create training materials, respond to questions submitted to a team inbox, as well as help drive the adoption of the new policies. The ideal consultant will have experience as a project manager, be a strong communicator with a 'customer service' view, up to date PowerPoint skills, and exposure to change management.This contract position is full-time, 40 hours/week for 3 months.Qualifications - Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required - Required Minimum Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of appropriate experience Required Skills:Project management skills including timeline management, content creation, and a problem-solving mindsetChange Management experience is a plusExposure to finance transformations is a plusStrong communication skillsUp to date PowerPoint skillsAbility to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentAbility to manage multiple and competing prioritiesAbility to collaborate to build successful relationshipsAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environmentAbility to work effectively in a virtual team environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsTargeted Pay Rate $640/day
