Managing profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts, the full-time remote Lead Contract Portfolio Manager will oversee contract performance, negotiate changes, and serve as the primary liaison between customers and project teams. Key responsibilities Manage all contract performance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues while keeping customers informed of project progress Oversee staffing and performance development, utilizing technical knowledge to execute policies and strategies Function as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects, conveying performance expectations and fostering team consensus Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of Power Industry experience At least 3 years of experience in field engineering or Gas/Steam turbine maintenance Must reside within a 1-hour drive of the Orlando, FL and Cocoa, FL areas
